Free Feedback
I believe academia gatekeeps valuable workshop experiences from those who cannot afford/are unable for any reason to pursue an MFA or PHD.
If you do not have access to workshop spaces, or you just would like some feedback from me specifically, please attach one (1) poem in the contact form above.
I will respond with full marginal comments and a small paragraph of my thoughts. For free. Always.

Why for free?
I’m not saying I’m the ultimate arbiter of what you should and shouldn’t do with your poetry BUT early on in my first master’s I got told that I needed “to talk how poets talk” and I had no idea what that meant. There was this whole world of academic language that I was only just starting to understand. After that, I promised myself then I would always try to help those who don’t have the same access to academia. Getting a second pair of eyes is what led to many publications for me, and I want to be able to be that second set of eyes for those who may not have a community.
